I havent been keeping up with this online blog because now instead of just making the newsletters, I am researching all of the information. I decided that not enough people were reading and relating. So to help, I think I am going to keep making the newsletters, but instead of distributing them every week, I will keep them in a file on my account, and at the end of sencond quarter, I will hand out "tip booklets". I think people will like this better. instead of tons of individual college papers laying around, they will have it all bound up into one document. I think this will be more helpful. I have been slacking on my blog for the newsletter, but I think that the extra hard work would pay off. I will continue to blog and stay on top.

Today I sat and talked to Mrs. Vermillion about some more ideas for the newsletters. I think they are very helpful, but they seem to be getting repetative and, somewhat boring for that matter. I need to come up with a way to make them pop and interesting to read. I want the students to look forward to this newsletter each week, and be able to relate to each of them idividually. I am not doing this newletter for my benefit, I am doing it for thier's. Mrs. V and I came up with some very good ideas including color scheme, new ways to distribute them, games and activities that can get the students involved, and other ways to create the same ol' newsletter. Hopefully I can put some of them to use next week!

Today I completed my newsletter from last week. I couldn't finish it thursday because school was canceled due to the snow. There was a misunderstanding with one of the teachers, and the past two newsletters were not distrubited out to the seniors. so I talked to Mrs. Vermillion, and even though this weeks newsletter is completed, I am not going to hand it out until next week, because the seniors just recieved two newsletters this week. So today I am going to work on my voice of democracy paper, and blog on the "English Blog"
